Uses:
1.This product is used to blend edible flavors such as apple, strawberry, berry, tea, etc. The recommended dosage is about 0.7-16mg/kg in the final flavored food. It is approved by GB 2760-1996 as a permitted food flavor.
2.This product is used in the synthesis of perfume hexenol and hexenal acetal.
3.Studies abroad have shown that trans-2-hexenal has antibacterial effects
